Overview
High-Brightness Halogen Light Source Device
This is a light source device designed for the inspection of silicon wafer and glass surfaces. It provides an illuminance of 400,000 lux (over a 30mm diameter area) or higher, enabling the detection of minute scratches.
- The sample surface can be illuminated at an intensity exceeding 400,000 lux.
- Utilizing a halogen lamp as the light source, it offers a high color temperature, minimal non-uniformity in illumination, and a highly stable, sharp light output.
- A “cold mirror” is employed to reduce thermal impact to one-third that of conventional aluminum mirrors, keeping heat effects to an absolute minimum.
- A two-stage switching mechanism allows for easy toggling between high-intensity and low-intensity illumination modes.
