Features
- The center temperature can be measured by sticking mousse tape on vacuum-packed food materials and inserting a needle sensor (TPK sensor series).
- The mousse tape prevents air and food from leaking from the sensor insert.
- The needle sensor (phi 1 mm) provides a fast response, and the measurement marks are not noticeable due to the small sensor puncture hole.
